Virtual Assistant Services

You need to focus on your business. Sometimes, that can seem like a lot and you can lose track of everyday things or even the extras to help your business grow. i2iHype can help take some of the extras off your hands with my Virtual Assistant Services. These can include general office tasks or some more complicated items such as my eBay and Amazon listing services.

All services are customized and tailored to fit your specific needs. Some options may include, but aren’t limited to:

Virtual Assistant Rates

I charge a base rate of $35 per hour. For basic hourly services, the 1 hour of service is expected to be paid upfront before any work is started. Package discounts are available if you would like to purchase 10 or more hours for a 30-day period.

Virtual Assistant Rush Charges

Emergencies come up from time to time. Should you need a project/task rushed there is a $75 upcharge due before the work will begin. Rush charges would be incurred for tasks/projects due with less than 24 hours notice.

General Transcription Services

I also offer general transcription services. This is a separate service and is billed at $1.00 per audio minute and I do not have a minimum amount for transcription services. Rush services are available for transcription but please contact me to make sure I am able to meet your time frame.
